"I pre purchased 2 books to have signed when FV came to the Houston store. They got lost in the shuffle, I went to pick them up and they couldn’t find them. They felt sooooo bad, they called the NYC store and FV went in, signed books, wrapped them and shipped them to Texas. Very accommodating."
