"I am so excited about the Sylvie Shift Dress. I purchased it because I have loved my other FV short dresses, and thought this dress could be worn dressed up or down. I adore stripes and this dress’ preppy flair. I plan to wear a white blouse under it in the fall and in the spring with sandles or my Vivi gold pumps and FV gold multi stand beaded necklace to dress it up!"
