"I purchased this shoe a half size bigger than normal because my normal size was sold out. I returned them not because they were too big, but the left shoe wasn’t smooth on top and the leather wrinkled when worn. The color was beautiful, but I didn’t want to pay full price for a shoe that was less than perfect."
"I’m a bit disappointed as I’ve ordered several pairs of loafers. These came without the usual paper inside inside them to keep their shape. They also have a sticker on one shoe indicating they have not been worn; however the sticker looks a little worn. They also came without the usual bag to store them in. I’m not saying they’ve been worn, however, they aren’t as “brand new” as the other shoes I’ve purchased."
