"Your customer service department was very helpful! Unfortunately, I had returned this coat previously due to damage in shipping. I originally sent photos to Willow. The first coat was folded where the mini buttons that anchored the exterior buttons left depressions in the coat that were unable to be resolved. I returned the coat and was sent a replacement coat. The second coat was damaged as well. . . . it was possibly the original coat. I was looking forward to receiving a new coat but this situation had me going through the return process twice. I am currently waiting for the credit for this purchase."
