"Perfect space to keep my earbuds in and not get lost in my purse! BUT, due to the adorable and loved heart shape, the zipper gets stuck right in the dip of the shape, halfway. I can still access my earbuds case, but it’s annoying. Also, not quite sure how to fasten the loop, or perhaps mine is missing a fastener piece?"
