"It is superb! The straps snap which is a feature I have never seen in such a bag ... it could truly be used as a casual bag paired with any of the cute FV jeans,tops and flats. "I bought the easy tote book icon bag. It was delivered promptly after my order, arrived in a box and because it was a gift. It was in a drawstring ribbon bag that was lovely and then opening it I found the tote bag preciously wrapped. The bag is everything that I anticipated and more! Your customer service is excellent because I forgot to use the discount code and they reimbursed me online. Can’t say enough about all that you do. Looking forward to the MTM collection."
