Very disappointed in how the

"Very disappointed in how the hat was shipped. It was a gift and I had hoped it would look presentable. I had indicated on the order that the hat should packaged as a gift. It was not! It arrived folded, crushed and wrinkled in a plastic shipping bag. The hat itself is very nice and great for a holiday."
