The exquisite quality is what I’ve come to expect from Frances Valentine, as this is my third wicker bag purchased within two months. So glad I ordered! This was my replacement bag. My original Buzzy arrived damaged but they made the exchange process so easy."
"Extremely disappointed in the poor craftsmanship and lack of quality control. The bag’s frame was noticeably off center, causing the handles and lock to be off center. The weaving at the top corners looked broken and almost patched instead of woven. Understand a whicker bag will have some minor inconsistency, this was far beyond the norm."
"This is a beautiful bag, and overall I’m very glad I purchased it. But I must say that I am unhappy with the chemical odor emanating from it. I assume this is from the lacquer covering the wicker. I’m sensitive to chemical odors, and I wasn’t expecting I’d have to deal with this when ordering a wicker handbag! Also, I notice it is a bit lighter in hue than the tawny color that’s pictured. That said, it’s a beautiful handbag, I look forward to using it, and I’m hoping the odor dissipates before too long."
"This handbag does not disappoint. It is roomy, timeless and one of my favorites. It’s a tad bit smaller than the Rooster handbag but equally as nice. The lining is striking and it has feet on the bottom which I prefer. Like most of my purchases from FV, this bag attracts compliments wherever I go."
