Packing and customer service issue

"Dress is cute and nice quality. VERY disappointed that for packing preferences I chose the cloth bag. My order (birthday gift) arrived crammed in a plastic bag, no tissue, no cloth bag. I have emailed customer service for help with this three times and have not received a response. Very frustrating and makes you wonder as a customer."
