"I love my dress. My favorite thing about it are the bows on the back. It fit fine- it was actually roomy and I loved having pockets. I wore it for an evening wedding with dancing. I received so many compliments. I gave it a 5 star BUT have one complaint. The bottom bow repeatedly came unsnapped - even if I just barely moved an arm. Believe me it was not too small. This was very annoying and I had to have someone "resnap" me over and over" Perhaps it's a "one-off" It won't keep me from wearing it again but I'll have to take it to a seamstress to see if something can be done about it."

"This was my first time ordering from Frances Valentine, I absolutely love the dress but it runs sooooo big. I wear a 3xl, this runs more like a 5xl-6xl. I did contact customer service for an exchange but the 1xl that I would exchange it for is out of stock so I will keep the dress and get it altered, that’s how much I want this dress, I will probably pay just as much for alterations as I paid for the dress but now I know about sizing down going forward! Excellent customer service! But great for plus size girls that need bigger than 3xl!"
